Plug 'N Save Energy Products offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can receive a full refund of the purchase price excluding original shipping charges and return shipping charges. We accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date.

If merchandise is damaged in transit it must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please retain all original packaging.
In order for a product or accessory to be deemed defective it must be returned to Plug 'N Save and be accompanied by the proof of purchase or original invoice within the specified warranty period and terms. If the product is found to be defective from original workmanship, it will be replaced or credited, at customer request. If the product is found to be non-defective it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
